The Fold Page List plugin was updated to version 1.9 to work around some compatibility issues with some other plugins handling SEO and navigation menu construction.

Over three years after it was originally released for WP 1.5, the Fold Page List plugin remains compatible with current versions of Wordpress.

Wordpress plugin: Fold Category List finally out of beta!
After way too long the Fold Category List plugin for Wordpress finally comes out of beta with a feature upgrade that takes it to version 1.0. The upgrade addresses the presentation of empty categories and post counts within a folded category list, extending the use of existing standard arguments to achieve this.
Fold Page List update for WP 2.1 compatibility
Fold Page List, the plugin for handling page navigation within Wordpress has been updated to remain fully compatible with version 2.1 of the popular blogging platform. The update to version 1.74 resolves issues with some plugin functionality being disabled following changes to the Wordpress database structures.
