What is included in the $200 monthly maintenance plan?+
The plan covers one WordPress website, with agreed updates, backups and recovery support, monitoring, and defined content support. Up to 3 hours of content updates are included per month; additional content-update time is $50/hour. We review access and any existing problems before onboarding. Hosting, redesigns, major repairs, and ongoing SEO are separate work.
Can you maintain a WordPress website you didn’t build?+
Yes, subject to an initial review. We assess the current setup, available access, and existing issues before confirming the care plan. Problems outside routine maintenance are scoped separately so you understand what needs attention before ongoing care starts.
Do I need a full redesign or a few improvements?+
That depends on the problem. If the structure and editing setup are sound, focused improvements may be enough. If customers struggle to understand your services, navigate on a phone, or contact you, we can assess whether a redesign is the better starting point.
Can you guarantee a perfect PageSpeed score?+
No. We investigate bottlenecks, agree on the work, and compare measurements before and after implementation. Hosting, third-party tools, devices, and networks affect results. The goal is a better loading experience with the functionality your business needs.
What does SEO and AI search optimization actually involve?+
It can include technical SEO, useful service content, accurate business information, internal links, and appropriate structured data. We focus on improvements we can implement and check. Search rankings, AI recommendations, citations, and inquiry volumes are not guaranteed.
What kinds of businesses do you work with?+
Our focus is service businesses and professional practices, including trades, dental and medical practices, law firms, auto repair shops, woodworkers, and landscaping companies. We plan around your actual services, approved information, and the way customers contact you.
Do you only work with businesses in Florida?+
We serve U.S. businesses remotely, with location pages currently focused on South Florida. Those pages describe areas we serve and do not imply a walk-in office in each city. Tell us where you operate and what your website needs.
What should I have ready before contacting you?+
Start with your website URL, your main service, and the problem or goal you want to discuss. Mention important features or content you want to keep. You do not need a technical brief, and you should not send passwords or private customer records in the initial inquiry.
